6.815 Final Project

Simulates splotches of brushstrokes onto a canvas based on a importance-sampled pixels (with color noise) from a photograph to produce a oil painting-like rendering of the photo. Orients direction of brush stroke with the least contrasting colors at each point. Images are represented as 3D NumPy arrays.
